Re: arrival
[You know what, Starscream's okay with this. It gives him a chance to brag and feel all important. ]
Now, it's certainly true that it isn't yet time to cast our weapons aside completely, largely because of these threats you mentioned. But see, here's the thing. The only threats to Cybertronian happiness and prosperity are the people who see fit to fuel the flames of a war that became meaningless shortly after it began. The new world order has no place for warmongering, Tarn. Whether you like it or not, I'm afraid that yes, the war is in fact over, and you don't have the authority to decide otherwise.
[this is totally going to end well.]

Before he breaks into howling laughter.]
That's the most absurd thing that i've ever heard! Truly, Starscream, could you become any more delusional? Even if that were true-- even if you had somehow convinced the whole of Cybertron to elect you as their leader-- I still would never listen to a sniveling coward like you.
[taking a quick moment to collect himself from his uncharacteristic peal of laughter, Tarn clears his throat.]
The war goes on. There are still plenty willing to fight. [Luckily for Starscream,he is able to brush off the scathing commentary with ease.]

[As much as Starscream wants to just throw a fit, this is kind of the last guy he'd want to do it at. So instead he's going to be all calm like, even if Tarn laughing like that is really kind of unnerving.]
What are you hoping to gain by continuing a pointless war anyway? I'm honestly curious.

For years the only news my team and I got came directly from High Command.
[Which is probably why it took so long for Tarn to discover the news of Megatron's defection. Heaving a sigh he scrubs uselessly at his masked face. There's no point in arguing this, Starscream clearly is unaware of the threats still facing Cybertron.]
There are still threats to Cybertron, Starscream, weather you want to believe it, or not.
The Black Block Consortia and Galactic Council are on the offense against Cybertronian colonies. My team and I discovered what was left of the Prion- A titan who left Cybertron during ancient times. The Black Block Consortia demolished the entire colony, killing all but one Cybertronian- whom I took in.

[Starscream's pretty much moved past "terrified" at this point and shifted straight into "annoyed". He's about to be all immature and just toss his hands up or something, but then Tarn had to go and say something that was actually kind of relevant to his interests, so instead of throwing a fit he just crosses his arms and actually listens for once.]
You don't say. I don't think they'd be bold enough to bring the fight directly to Cybertron, but threats to the colonies are just as problematic. It would be difficult to bring them back to the fold if they're being picked off by the Black Block Consortia.

[At least Starscream seems willing enough to take his head out of the sand and actually listen to what Tarn is telling him. Luckily, Tarn is more interested in educating the apparent "Leader of Cybertron" on important issues that faced Cybertronians as a whole, than he is in ending Starscream's miserable existence.]
I may stand with the Decepticons, but the Decepticons stand for eliminating every threat to Cybertronian welfare. I will never renounce my loyalty in our cause.

[Starscream certainly appreciates not being obliterated, that's awfully swell of Tarn.]
You certainly are loyal though, aren't you. Almost to a fault. In the end, though, our goals aren't all that different. Both of us want to see Cybertron thrive, we want to protect it. I'm thinking that perhaps, this is something we could collaborate on. Assuming you can refrain from killing all the Autobots, anyway.

I have a job to do and instead I'm here wasting time and unable to even put and end to a traitorous Megatron.
[A puff of steam escapes his vents as he sighs in irritation. The lack of permanent death on this vessel has really thrown him.]
Although death on board the Moira is technically nothing but a farcical parody of what it should be, I make no promises about the safety of the Autobots aboard the Moira. If they make the mistake of crossing me I cannot be held responsible for putting them back in line. That goes for anyone, Cybertronian or not.

We'll have to wait and see, won't we? It will depend on exactly how far out of line they step.
