[That's important to get out of the way.
Robin looks out at the ocean, and then back at Shepard's little boat. There's a certain familiarity to the salty sea air that Robin just can't get back on the Moira - she certainly wouldn't be opposed to going back out to sea while she still has the chance.]
I would like to see the reef, though. Do you think there are any Sea Kings in the waters out there?
no subject
Not sure, actually. What's a sea king?
no subject
They're the biggest kind of sea monster. They eat other sea monsters - and boats.
[She'd be more descriptive, but that really isn't possible. Sea Kings come in so many shapes and sizes, they can look like anything from a giant serpent, to an island-sized goldfish, to an enormous frog - there are some that even look almost bird-like.]

[Robin's abilities were no joke, and there was no way she was letting a sea monster take her out after all of this.]
So? What do you think? Up for a boat ride?
no subject
[She says it nonchalantly, but it's true. Robin's powers aren't a joke, but as of now she's really only great at using them to fight creatures her own size. A sea king would probably just eat their boat if it saw them.
That's a risk of sailing, though, and it's not a thought that seems to bother her.]
...but okay. [She gives a smile.] I'm not wearing a suit, though, so I don't want to get wet. I'll get in the raft, and you can push us in.
no subject
Okay, you got it. Welcome aboard the...
[She stares quizzically at the boat for a minute. Name. She's got to have a name.]
The "Thresher"! [Yes perfect shark theme intact.
She gives the inflatable a quick test for pressure, and pulls out the pump, sealing the ship off.]
Ready for launch?
no subject
No, it's best to just acknowledge the things in the ocean that can kill her and continue on anyway.]
Aye-aye, Captain.
[She says with a grin and a nod, climbing aboard the raft without issue.
Also, yes, she knows that Captain would be a demotion from Commander, but she doesn't actually respect military titles or ranks, except in terms with the threat they pose.]
Ready when you are.
no subject
Thresher away!
[Shoving herself against the stern of the dinghy, she shifts the entire thing on her own, rumbling it towards the shore at a reasonable clip. Once it hits the water, she walks it out to slightly above knee height, and jumps in, revving up the outboard.]
To the reef!
[Everything is exclamations with this lady. The outboard motor sputters into life, and she steers them safely out towards the deeper reef area.]
