riiiight into! the DANGER ZOOOOONE!
He's scrubbing at his scalp with the drier end of his towel when the call comes through on the MID. He answers it voice-only.
"Luke Skywalker. Why?" He sounds mildly aggrieved, because he is, but he's not too upset -- just disrupted and soaked and in need of a new cold fruity drink. Cassandra seems quite taken with Luke. L hasn't discussed it with her, but what he's observed of it on the network makes the relationship seem like... like what? Like ordinary university dating. Has he just been the victim of equally ordinary teenage joyriding?

Maybe it's a little bit callous, teenagers (and twenty-two year olds) are known to be callous when they're in high spirits. Luke is having the time of his life, up in the air, finally back in atmosphere, flying over all this lovely scenery. He can't imagine anything could ruin the moment.

Re: luke skywalker | mmmmostly ota.
So when they could leave the ship to explore the strange planets she's never even heard of? Of course she stepped off and headed somewhere she found relaxing.
The beach. She's always liked being around water. It reminded her of happier times, times with Granther and Dad and Mom before things went to shit.
So lost in thoughts of these happier times, seated on the sand somewhere with her journal and pen that she was that she only just registered a wave of water coming at her. It hit her before she could even move and there's a very rude string of swearing to herself before the message from th MID comes through. ]
Uh...
[ Give her one second. She's sort of soaked and a bit alarmed at this new tech.]
S'okay. I mean. It dries, right?
[ Her tone is even, her expression bordering on a little annoyed but other than that? She appears okay, if a bit guarded.
Okay, maybe a lot guarded since she's eyeing Luke with uncertainty.</small ]

[It's the sort of prank he'd have appreciated-- or perpetrated-- at her age, he thinks. He doubles back around and flies in low enough to kick up the wind on the shore. It's not close enough to make the sand really make the sand explode up around the girl, though Luke's engines are probably getting pretty loud.]
There, better? [He's laughing, but gently.]

What would it say? Would it spill secrets of the universe? Probably.
Sans would've continued staring in deep thought if not for resident golden retriever slobbering his way up to his side.]
Wha? [He looked from Luke's finger to the sad, lopsided little creature.] ... Wait, what are you doing?

[ He lifted his hands to pull the hair away from his eyes just as his new little wrist accessory went off. It took him a moment to answer, mostly because of having to wipe the water away, and he had to stare at that name for a moment. Skywalker? Really? ]
Ah, yes, but it's fine.
[ Yu glanced up from his MID, trying to follow the ship with his eyes. He almost wished the guy had landed so he could touch it... ]
Are you okay? That looked pretty close.

[ Anna huffs indignantly, turning in the direction the snowball came from as she brushes the last of it off her shoulder. For a second it looks like she might be actually annoyed about it - but then that's gone, melted like a snowflake, a devious grin taking its place across her features. ]
Oh, so you wanna play, huh?!
[ Honestly, she could not possibly sound less dangerous. But that's okay, she makes up for it in enthusiasm - grabs a handful of snow, creates a perfect snowball with the deft ease of a lifetime of practice, and hurls it right back. ]

D | KNIGHTCLUBBING
There's a thief in the crowd. That kid with the fluffy hair is pursuing him. And now they're both headed right for Adachi.]
Oh crap...
[He should do something, right? He's still a police officer. He should probably do something. He fumbles with something in his jacket for a quick second before fishing it out - it's his shiny police badge! He hoists it towards the oncoming perpetrator with a lanky arm.]
Stop! In the name of the -
[The wind's knocked out of his sails and his stomach when the crook barrels right past him with a quick hit to the gut. The gangly detective is sent sprawling into a nearby crowd of onlookers with an unfortunate shriek.
He tried, Luke.]

So all five foot one of her stands behind Luke looking incredibly intimidating, which is hard to do with what she's wearing. She manages to make it work though, and watches to see what Luke's going to do with rocks being thrown at him.]

[The rock flies toward Luke, and bounces back as though struck by an invisible hand. It harmlessly lands in the ocean. The children throw another rock, and the same thing happens again, and a third time, and a fourth. By the fifth, Luke opens his eyes.]
Alright, that's the end of it. Go play with your families. [He shoos them away.]
[He still hasn't noticed Cassandra.]

Snow
There's a swoosh and a smash, and Rick finds himself hit in the face by a snowball. It's completely unexpected, and absolutely not a thing that happens normally, not to him, but he knows enough to realize that snowballs don't just fly up and hit people in the face.
Someone had to throw that, so he wipes the snow off his face while looking around for the guilty party. ]
All right, you should know it's not nice to throw things at people.
[ Unless the person is a walker, in which case that doesn't completely apply, because those aren't technically people.
In any case, snowball maker extraordinaire, he is not, but he's still bending down to grab a handful of the stuff so he can throw one of his own back at whoever is responsible. ]

She's just about to turn her head away and continue exploring the area, but before she manages to move a muscle a young man, one that she hasn't seen around before, steps from behind her.
"That one, right?"
Wait what? J barely has time to register his words, let alone to stop him, before the man walks towards the booth with briskly steps -- leaving J to stare back of his head in confusion.]

[...Judging by the MID he is at least a member of the Moira's crew, so she feels slightly more comfortable asking for clarification on an issue that has clearly been bothering her. Gesturing at the stuffed animals with a wing, she leans forward a little and lowers her voice:]

d after the club is the after party
Fun, though.
Here, no one cares who she dances with or how close they press (in fact, most seem to feel the closer, the better). The lights are colourful, the music pounding, and she's dancing a merry jig with a body who has one of the nicest smiles she's ever seen when she hears an angry shout and someone pushes her, a gilded bag in hand as they make for the exit at a guilty run.
Jacky doesn't even have to think about it. She takes off like a light, after the thief, dance partners forgotten. She's not the only one; she can see someone keeping pace with her out of the corner of her eye.]
