Venom mulls over whether or not it would be a spectacularly bad idea to barter information for information (what if this computer sends a fleet of space pirates against them or something??), especially considering that the device seems to specialize in household amenities, but. Well. ]
This ship is called the Moira. Ring a bell?
[ If not, Venom's going to feel stupider than he already does. ] Who put you here?

<Processing vessel designation: Moira... no match found. Please supply vehicle function and destination.>
[Well, that was useless. Wanna monologue about your ship some more? Especially what it's for. Scavenger is up to 80 percent chance (why else would whose he is be the main question?), but he could use more information either way.]
<My inputs are damaged. This terminal should be installed in a Domesticon facility.>
[...yeah, he has no idea why it's not.]

[ Venom just finds it prudent to drop the pretenses altogether, mostly because it's difficult to navigate the task of pretending to know how to talk to a computer. It's no different from when he had to address an AI back in his world, though circumstances back then were just as sticky, if not more complicated.
As ridiculous as he knows he must look, beating around the bush's never been his strong suit. ]
Which would mean that you don't have any information about this place. But you can try to find out.
[ Is that how computers work? Can computers hack other computers??? Hell if Venom knows, but he's willing to negotiate. ]

<My inputs are damaged.>
[No networking today, sorry. But hey, if he does wants the AI to look up something...]
<A direct connection is required to access local files.>
[Worth a shot?]

I'll keep that in mind.
You need me to find someone who can take a look at your software?

...
<A direct connection is-->
[There's a crash of static, words hissing apart. And then shifting, modulating as the robotic echo fades away. The voice it leaves behind sounds much more human, if just slightly strained right now.]
...a better option, really. I can handle the software side of things myself.
[A pause.]
Hi.
