Frisk's mouth rounds into an 'o' of surprise, before they laugh in an odd sort of relief and launch themself up again to grab Toriel in a tight, ecstatic hug.

"'M so glad! I've been tellin' them they don't gotta be so weird about it, an' I knew they were missin' you, an'--" Whoops, ramble time.

The sudden hug startles her briefly before Toriel readily wraps her arms around Frisk. "Sometimes people need time to process, dear."

Hearing Chara missed her was nice though, a genuine relief against the uncertainty of what they were thinking this whole time.
