[It's a little strange to be sitting next to someone in armor but even he doesn't have the heart to send him away. Especially since he seems so young, which makes the armor even more strange. It's something to bring up later but for now, he focuses on the here and now.]

I imagine not. And they would be very different, what could be found, I'm sure. [Less sand and more stone, probably. And what sand there was probably wasn't as fine as this.]

I'm sorry if that's a personal question, it's just that I love hearing about where everyone's from. It's still kind of crazy to think of all these different worlds out there that I never even knew about.

No, not at all. It's nothing to apologize for. [He has to take a moment to think. The first beach that comes to mind was the one in Cuba but he doesn't mention it. Or give it more than that sparing thought.]

There are a few where I come from. Long Island and Montauk come to mind first but New York is right near a few lakes so we have plenty of options.

[Al's not alone at least. Charles is still marveling over it and he wonders just how Hank would react if he were here. He knows the younger man watches science fiction shows.]

It's in America, right? On Earth. A friend of mine told me about it, even showed me a map of where it was. It sounds amazing, all those buildings and people jammed so close together. Even Central, the capital of Amestris, isn't that big.
