[Well, the bar might be back by now, but Boone hasn't been on the ship since the glass disappeared. He only knows that his hands are back to normal. He gets to his feet, sways a little, and rubs his head. And then he just kind of watches Saitama bounce on the bed, looking perplexed.]
You're gonna hit your head doing that.
no subject
Also, still bouncing on the bed.]
I'm making it convincing. [aaaand, the bed frame breaks. Breaks right in half.]
Oh. Whoops.
no subject
[He folds his arms, wrinkling his nose a little when he explains what he's doing. Ugh.]
Pretty sure you don't need to-
[And there goes the bed.]
...You're probably gonna have to pay for that.
[He's also wondering how the hell he's going to explain that. There's being rough, and then there's... well, breaking the goddamn bed in half.]
no subject
I was joking before, but I probably should carry you out. [NOT SURE YOU'D BE WALKING AFTER THAT....]
no subject
Looks that way.
[Oh boy, walking past those slavers is going to be fun. He'll just comfort himself knowing that when he next sees them, it'll be through his scope.]
Guess I'm ready when you are.
no subject
My wrist thing has been beeping, so I think the ship is on it's way. Dunno how long.
[Did you think Saitama was the ship's rescue squad? Because he's totally not. For once, he's the early one!]
no subject
[His eyebrows raise slightly when he mentions the ship.]
You mean they didn't send you?
no subject
Same thing happen to you?
no subject
[Minus the soda. He rubs his chin, brows furrowed.]
So you just kinda... found me by accident?
no subject
no subject
Maybe we'll find him when we leave.
[And then after a moment, where he sort of awkwardly scratches the back of his head-]
So you didn't really have to get me outta here. I, uh... thanks.
[He could have just kept on looking for Genos, if he'd wanted. Instead he's in here, killing time to keep up appearances so he can get them both out safely. Boone was grateful before, but now he really does owe him a drink.]
no subject
No problem, man, we're pals! [he'd never leave a buddy behind like that! He does what good he can, when he can, and doesn't stress too much about "what ifs".]
Besides, I don't even know if he's here. He could be back on the ship, for all I know.
no subject
Yeah.
[He smiles, just a little, for the first time since he arrived at the outpost. With everything that's happened here, and all of those horrible memories that came with it, it's nice to know someone in this place has his back.
He gets back to business pretty quickly, though. He's not too good with all that mushy stuff.]
Got a couple of people I'm wondering about, myself. If we're already looking, I can look for them while we're at it.
no subject
Definitely, we'll look all over until the ship gets here. It's probably got better tracking. [the MID'sare mysterious, but so long as people still had theirs it should give the Moira a way to locate anybody missing. At least, that's what Saitama assumes.]
What're their names? I'm keeping an eye out for Genos... ah, and Riptide! He's a, fucking, big robot though, he'll be easy to spot if around. [there's no waaaay Riptide got into trouble though ha... haha...]
no subject
[Though he knows both women can handle themselves just fine, he doesn't know exactly what they're up against here. It's easy to get cornered or ambushed, as many of them have already found out.]
Think I've seen those robots around the Moira. Never talked to any of them, though.
[It should be pretty easy to find a huge robot though, even here.]

[Adding the rest to the mix isn't likely to help matters, though. And while Boone isn't in much of a mood to find things funny, he can at least appreciate how crazy it all sounds.]
no subject
Think it's been long enough, lets... [wait, he's gotta reach into his pocket and pull out Boone's sunglasses, because clearly seeing those are what tipped him off that Boone was even here, so he had to also negotiated for those]
... blow this joint. [SUNGLASSES ON. YEYEAAAAH.
What an asshole.]
no subject
[Slowly, he walks over to Saitama, and without a word he gently plucks the sunglasses from his face.]
Yeah.
[All right, let's get this over with.]
You get my beret too?
no subject
Nah, I didn't find that. I only came in here because I saw some guy wearing your glasses. [YEP. It was literally that simple, Saitama does really good things exclusively on whims and hunches.]
no subject
It's important. Tell them anything you want, but I can't leave this place without it.
[His shades? He can get new ones. The beret? No way.]
no subject
Eventually a bodyguard, probably one of the men who knocked Boone out, shows up with the hat on. The woman demands he give it back, when the man refuses, Saitama starts laughing loudly.]
AHAAHAA--You're wearing it on your head--? Hahahaa, man, gross. [which is the kind of reaction that makes the soldier really not want the thing anymore.
Beret get!]

no subject
I don't think anybody tailed us, we should be good.
no subject
Didn't get to see much of this place before they grabbed me. You know where you're headed?
