"It's just me," Sister says in response to Nihlus's question. "Everyone else transferred out ages ago."
"This is a waste of our time," Tex says. "I should have known that we'd get sent here. We're within a few hours' drive of a better-equipped facility—a power plant. Sister, can we take your Warthog?"
"Only if you take me with you," Sister says. "I souped up that baby myself, I don't want you to drive off with it."
Sorry for the lateness!
"As long as the trip is under two hours, we'll get there before the Ingress rubber bands us back." Although an hour or so to spare might be cutting it a bit close for supply scouting and he's not too sure.
As for Sister coming along, he doesn't offer any objections. Maybe he'll even rope her into duetting ridiculous space pop music and annoy the heck out of Tex.

This situation is so frustrating to Tex. There's no use in being here—there's nothing of use here in Blood Gulch, and they're too far from anywhere else for them to make it in time. Probably, anyway. "I don't know how long it'll take to get there," Tex says, half-growling. "We'll be cutting it close. But it's better than sitting here waiting."

Because looking around, he doesn't see a lot of activities to get up to in a borderline abandoned training camp and he's really hoping she didn't just subsist on mayonnaise this whole time. Knowing what he does of that weird white goop, he can't imagine it being a particularly pleasant long-term source of food.
His sympathetic wondering is disrupted by Tex's annoyed growl. Nihlus casts her a vaguely amused look.
"We'll enjoy the scenery if nothing else," the Spectre offers somewhat blithely. Being dropped in the middle of settings they couldn't predict or plan for wasn't exactly fertile soil for success. No use getting agitated over it.

Tex can't help but be soothed by Nihlus's words, even if the situation is frustrating. She doesn't speak, just climbs into the turret seat of the Warthog in the back.

Glow sticks and partying, huh? Nihlus climbs into the passenger seat after the two of them, folding his long legs up to compensate for the lack of proper leg-room that human-oriented vehicles tended to come with.
He quietly wonders how Sister hasn't gone off the deep end completely. He knows he never dealt particularly well with missions that put him in a lot of isolation but this... was this typical here?
The Turian casts Texas a somewhat baffled glance over his shoulder.
