[ After his questionably successful prank pulled on Ishamel, Bucky's been left with a bloody broken nose and unstoppable grin as he comes down to Medbay in thermals and bare feet. He likely wouldn't have come anyway, but then Miller started being a threatening asshole...

So here he is.

His distaste is clearly written on his expressive face when Bucky strolls in, looking around for anyone he recognizes. Who he finds makes him sigh. ]

Well hello, kitty cat.

[ Even with a smashed face he has not learned a single lesson all night. ]

[ Too bad he's describing two men on board. ]

[Ocelot looks suddenly amused. True, he has two friends that meet that description, but he's pretty sure only one would punch Bucky in the face. Ahab is kinder than the man he looks like.]

Sounds like you deserved it.

[He chuckles and puts the clipboard back in the desk.]

Just sit over there until the doc comes in.

Well. I definitely won't argue that.

[ Bucky brings it upon himself and he knows it. It's foolish to get offended over an inevitable outcome. ]

How long's it gonna take?

[ Having a swelling, broken nose kinda hurts, mate. ]

[Ocelot does feel a tiny bit of sympathy for the guy, even if he did deserve it.]

I dunno. Depends on when she gets back.

Uuuggghhhh... [ The groan of all bored teenagers at the mall with their moms. Bucky sits down, sure, but he so doesn't like it. ] Don't you know when she'll be back? Ain't you a secretary? Or a receptionist?

I'm a hypnotherapist. Secretary was not on my list of duties.

[Bucky is lucky Ocelot is humoring him. Actually, Ocelot is sort of humoring himself.]

What made you think it was a good idea to scare Snake?

[ He keeps his face neutral at this new information about Ishmael, or Big Boss. ]

That what you call him? [ This man has way too many names. Then Bucky shrugs. ] Hey, I didn't say it was a good idea. But that rarely stops me from doing what I want.

[ Bucky smiles and his front teeth are stained with his own blood. Clearly a punch to the face doesn't stop him either. ]

[The man does go by many names. He's surprised the whole ship isn't confused by now.]

Why don't you wash some of that blood off in the bathroom.

[He head indicates the direction.]

I'll get you an icepack.

[sidecars]

Swell. [ Bucky will do just that. Running warm water, he rubs his face as gingerly as possible to get rid of what he can. Some of the crusted blood pulls at his skin as he cleans himself, making him wince.

All that's left is a few light stains like he had been drinking kool-aid. ]

Icepack me, cat.

[ His hand is out and waiting. ]

[Ocelot waits until Bucky has cleaned his face a little and hands over the icepack.]

This isn't your first bloody nose, I'm sure.

[He'd be surprised if it were.]

No [ And it sure won't be the last. ] I'm kinda surprised I still even have one left.

So am I.

[He smirked and hoped the blood did stop since he doesn't really want to see it all over the floor.]
