But despite the late start she's still able to catch up with his quick message and understand what he's saying because the answer is yes. She's kept herself busy with practising the alphabets and doing some more simpler words and even short sentences.

Despite feeling confident and thinking that she's gotten hang of this weird language, she still gives him a lazy shrug and makes vague gestures to the air with her free hand.
