FAR FROM NOWHERE! SHROUDED IN MYSTERY, THE BARREN WASTELANDS OF AMISSIS-RE HOLD THE PROMISE OF HOPE. GREETED BY AN INTELLIGENT AND HIGHLY ACCOMMODATING, BUT PREVIOUSLY UNKNOWN HOST, PASSENGERS OF THE MOIRA ARE BEING URGED TO UTILIZE A HEAVILY MODIFIED VERSION OF THE FAMILIAR INGRESS TO RETURN TO THEIR HOMES. WITH FEW RESTRAINTS, ONLY FRACTURED TIME WILL TELL HOW THE LAST SECRETS OF THE WAR AND FAR BEYOND WILL BE REVEALED...

[Having never seen his father in action, Luke has only the foggiest idea of what that could mean. The siren continues to sound, and he pushes the idea from his mind for now.]

Then- then let's go. [He rushes to a spare snowspeeder, and pulls the hatch open. There are flight suits waiting inside, and he hurriedly starts fitting himself into it.] You- you can fly, if you want. I'm not a bad shot.

[ One day soon you'll find out what he means, Luke. Don't worry. ]

No, you fly.

[ It's the better choice, Obi-Wan thinks, considering Luke's familiar with the whole scenario. And beyond that, he'd really like to see what the kid's got when it comes to piloting. Force help him for it, but he expects at least a little fancy flying.

Which segues into following Skywalker's example, pulling on the flight suit. ]

What are we up against?

[Luke talks while he dresses, passing another flightsuit to Ben.] Probably some walkers and AT-ATs. You'll have to trip them; this thing has a cable that'll tie around the legs. I've practiced it with Dak, but- [But he can't take Dak. He refuses.] We should be able to get it.

Sounds simple enough...

[ It doesn't quite, but Obi-Wan isn't about to allow Luke to see his uncertainty. There's no room for that, not now that they're heading into action.

He steels himself and quickly goes through the rest of the preparations, halfway wondering why he's bothering as he pulls on one of the helmets. They never wore suits in his time. ]

You get me close enough and I'll get you your shot.
