Raiding the "museum"
Who: Open log, bring a friend if you want
When: before dawn, the 17th of March
Where: The museum down on the surface
What: A little destruction, a little vandalism, a little theft- but in a good cause.
Warnings: None yet?
[He'd intended to do it anyway, really, a little acting up now to stop something worse later. It's a balancing act, being Loki, small acts of mischief necessary to stop himself from spiralling into large acts of mass mayhem. The news the whales are sentient, that they want the temporaries destroyed? That just makes the raid a little more something he can coat in pretty words as an act to appease them.
And okay, maybe it is a little because the whales deserve better, and because the whalers have made people he's inclined to regard with respect hurt or angry. He's just not admitting that part.
So he plots, offers a few people the chance to come along and help him empty the museum, break the cases. He'd rather burn it, but incendiary atmosphere and all that means finding an alternative, and a little vandalism never hurt anyone, right? Getting down secretly isn't hard, not when he expends the magic to open a portal down, leave it for people to go through and come back. He breaks the door to the museum down himself, standing back with a flourish.]
Have at it, then. The less we leave standing, the better, yes?
(OOC notes: Loki isn't picky about who comes with, or what they actually do with the exhibits, as long as the museum is left as empty as possible. Feel free to jump in, or leave an open top level, or tag around anyone else's :).]

[He watches over Bel's shoulder, making sure he's not caught on camera, even going so far as to use a slightly different voice.]
Are you recording audio, as well as video?
[He doesn't object to the recording, though. If people want a note of the exhibits, that's up to them. Loki's sole intention is to break the place up, leave as much of an empty shell as possible.[

[ignores a "habits of" plaque remembered as being heavily skewed toward interpreting the whales as nonsentient, focusing instead on a holographic loop of one creature in motion. just long enough to capture the loop, then a pan over the roof and the bones embedded in it, then a quick word into the MID before sending the lot up to the ship. next on tap, a vast case holding an entire shoulder, muscles and tendons preserved in situ. it only takes a moment or two to capture everything of use in the room; Banner will have to go through it frame by frame, but it should be useful, both as a scientific resource and in case the hunters deny all this later.
turning the MID off and picking up a long shard of bone to smash open one of the cases is almost a single motion.] Here, let me get that for you.~
