If Foggy were to voice his college thoughts to Trish, she would agree wholeheartedly and also thank him for managing to so elegantly capture a multitude of her current frustrations in a single phrase.

She lifts her notepad up to hide her writing from Foggy as she gives him an accusatory look that really doesn't have much sting to it since she is also smiling.
