The Ingress has pulled you in. Your body experiences several sensations at once: being pushed forward as if a hand is resting on your back, momentary and startling blindness, a gentle ringing in your head. You have difficulty discerning whether it is hot or cold, but where you have been prodded is noticeably warmer than the rest of you. Some may suffer from dizziness while others are perfectly fine. Once equilibrium has been reestablished, you will notice you are standing on a long platform and that the room is filled with a soft cerulean light. It's slightly humid and dark despite the glow around you, and various machines line the walls on either side, though they are not accessible from where you stand. Shortly after, you are led out and toward the medbay.
Inside this room, you are given a physical scan and sign a contract that states you are now part of the crew of the Moira with a specific job. This process consists of a complete work-up of medical history and current health, and afterwards, you are given your MID, a device that is integrated into your hand with only the slightest pinch. From there, you are guided out of the medbay and to your living quarters.
MERO DECK ● NOMO DECK ● MORO DECK
☄Crew members exposed to Exuo will notice that effects are slowly beginning to taper off. However, most will still continue to feel some agitation over the smallest things. Perhaps a visit to the UV beds will lighten that mood of yours.

☄MINI RECEPTION
Orders have been sent down to the kitchen to prepare something small but fulfilling for the entirety of the crew as a way to thank them for their hard work gathering supplies and returning to the Moira mostly unscathed. The mess hall has been decorated—kind of. There are small, tidy bows stuck to the backs of chairs and “party favors” spread out across the tables. These favors make a room smell sweet but are otherwise harmless. As a gift from Thán, he has provided the crew with a treat of sorts in addition to the foods the kitchen has prepared. All crew scheduled for morning shifts in the kitchen will have helped with these preparations. As a note, there is also a soft, unfamiliar melody coming from an old radio on one of the tables. The captains encourage everyone to relax, have fun, and get to know one another better.
Other areas of the ship are also open to exploration! Privileges for crew ranked Tiruncula** are as follows: (1) shift in kitchen and/or mess hall duties can be skipped each week without repercussions.

For a few seconds he just stares at the man, looking him up and down as if trying to place him. He's sure he's never met him before, or so he thinks... hopes. Because if he has and doesn't remember, that can only mean one thing to him.
"Right," he pauses again, chewing over his thoughts some more before finally asking. "Sorry-- do I know you?"

Matt supposes it was too much to hope Bruce would recognise him. At least he knows what to expect, likely a lot of suspicion before he'd even consider Matt's words.
"You might one day." He holds out a hand. "Matt Murdock, I'm your attorney in one world."

Some questions give way to others when Matt does answer, then introduces himself, leaving Bruce to piece things together for a moment. One world... right, different worlds. Parallel universes. He's been told of this already. He's still trying to wrap his mind around that properly, though.
"Bruce Banner," he introduces himself even though he doesn't really need to, taking that offered hand hesitantly and giving it a shake. "What do I need an attorney for? In your world."
The moment he asks he realizes he might not like knowing the answer to that.

Everything is said evenly as if he were talking about the weather. Matt even takes a moment to pick something off his plate and chew on it once he's done. He genuinely does like Bruce and he wants this man to do the same. Self-preservation is very nice, but it's ultimately a bonus.
"He's collected a lot of dirt over the years."
Matt definitely isn't the only lawyer Bruce knows, but he suspects not wanting to add another Hulk to a Hulk problem was what made Bruce come to him instead of his cousin.

It's not that he doesn't trust him, but... yeah, he doesn't trust him. It'll take more than just being told this story for him to believe this man's words instantly, but at least he's willing to accept that he might just be telling the truth.
"Right. So... my lawyer. Kind of."
Or Hulk's lawyer. That does strike him as funny.
"Nice to know someone's watching my back."
Said with enough dry amusement that it makes it unclear whether he's serious or not.

"You're not alone, Bruce." He's earnest with this. He knows what isolation does to people so even if it could be meant as a joke it's not something Matt would ever go along with.

And that's just the thing, sometimes. But he knows that's not what Matt means with his words, so he offers him a smile, a little friendly and grateful, still with an unsure edge to it. He doesn't know the man well enough to do better than that. Of course, it matters little when Matt can't see it, but Bruce is yet to realize that.
"But... thanks."
