Allura underrates herself, at least, that's what Alfor feels. He's come to learn how much that the current Paladins relied upon and cared for her, and how much she's done for them in turn, as well as others. She's become a fine leader and has taken up a burden that should have never been her's to begin with. It's why he won't tell her where he thinks she should be, because he knows that it's a decision best made herself.

     "I think that in either case, a fair amount of any skills will be necessary, both technical and supportive. There is no easy decision here, as danger is going to be a factor on either side, here if nothing is done about the damages to this side of the station, and in the unknown that must be traversed, not to mention with whomever lies on the other side of this place."

     Alfor looks towards Shiro, nodding at the suggestions he puts forth. He looks towards Darin and Allura. "As much as I would even suggest we all stay together, our abilities will better be put to use if we split them between these tasks. And I know you to be very capable, Allura. This is probably going to take everything and anything that we can offer. If you wish to go, then I'll stay back with the others. Either way, I have a feeling Darin will wish to accompany you, and we can trust you to do what needs must be done."

     Glancing at Pidge, he shakes his head. "It doesn't seem nearly so simple. There's nowhere to evacuate and no means to do so. The Ingress seems to open on its own whim, and there's no guarantee that where it does so next will be hospitable. The station isn't so far gone, abandoning it doesn't seem like an option at the moment- it's all we have. So we must do what we need to to preserve it until something better."
