ready or not
Who: Sombra, Soldier: 76, and YOU.
When: Right after this. (Retroactively set a bit back if I have the timing correct, pre-Savrii anyway)
Where: Various places - make something up??
What: Sombra's harassed 76 enough that they're 'playing' hide and go seek. Now all she has to do is kill time until she can make it seem like she didn't know where he was all along.
Warnings: Trolling????
76 doesn't know that she's been able to watch (almost) his every move since they first spoke in person - and Sombra really has no plans on correcting him. So while she does in fact know where he is, and can get an idea of where he's trying to go- to go there directly would spoil the game, and arise suspicion. Let him think that she found him through other means, but in order for that to happen, she has to seem like she's, well.
Actually trying to find him.
She's under no illusions that he's actually playing with her, but it's a way to urge him to lower his guard. To let him think she's more interested in games than actually trying to get him to run any 'errands' or the like, and if he starts getting used to her, well, all the better. For now, Sombra's simply taking advantage of this to get a better idea where people could be hiding, as well as taking an indirect route towards her final destination.
But since she's got some time to kill and she's clearly looking for something, it's not like she can't be stopped before then.
[[OOC; Intentionally vague on physical location on purpose. If you think your character could feasibly have Sombra stumble upon them/stumble upon Sombra, feel free to tag!]]

But we're not here for a sob story, we're here for cute games with a shy child. So when Sombra peeks into a mostly unused room she'll hear a startled squeak and clatter of broken electronics--Frisk had been scavenging again, looking for anything useful that they or Chara might need among the wreckage. Cautiously looking out from around the desk they had been behind, Frisk relaxes a little to see the friendly woman from before.
"...um. Hullo. I-I wasn't tryin' t' break anythin'."

"Why would I think you were in the first place, mijo?"
Sombra steps in, taking a better look around the place.
"Find anything good?"
no subject
They watch her move closer from behind thick lashes, and when she asks about their finds they step out around the desk with a small bag made out of rags, clearly full of old bits of computers.
"Um...I found some stuff that wasn't all broken through."
no subject
"Do you need any assistance?"
no subject
But that's besides the point. She glances towards Fareeha, smiling easily. "Eh, I just thought I saw something skittering about. You haven't seen any rats around here, have you?"
no subject
"Not recently, though I can't say I haven't seen any ... rat-like things at all."
Since they are definitely on another planet with alien life forms that don't quite match similar Earth counterparts. Fareeha drums her fingers on the tabletop for a moment, looking towards the last corner she saw one retreat in.
"With any hope we will be out of this situation and in a more hospitable location soon." She looks over at Sombra. "Don't worry, these are just temporary circumstances."
She hopes.

But it's really cute how Fareeha seems to want to comfort her. She's favored with a little laugh, a hint of nervousness in it as she shrugs for the hope.
"Probably, but until then we get to deal with the local vermin, right? Whatever they are."
no subject
"You have a point. Where have you looked already?"
no subject
It is of little consequence. Few things are, to one such as them.
There is the quiet click of footsteps behind them, and the effect is sharp and immediate. They twist, wrenching around with a smile frozen on their features, their eyes wide as they rake the empty air for that who felt it prudent to sneak upon someone unarmed, as if that might take them off guard.
The red blade of the Knife glints at their side as they face the intruder, poised as though expecting an attack.

a little bit of an extreme reaction. Sombra doesn't quite dance backwards, but it's a fluid slide back, her own smile twitching at the violent response. Her hands move palm-up to chest level, not that...it would necessarily stop her from returning an attack if she needed to.
But it's the principle of the thing, really.
"Easy, chiquito! I'm friendly, promise."
no subject
"You will have to convince me," the child replies, even and immediate. They hold fast, rigidly, to where they are, and regard their potential opponent with an unblinking red gaze.
no subject
For a long few moments, she's quiet. And then, wryly;
"Do you want to be convinced?"
no subject
"That depends on your intent," they answer, thumb gliding along the hilt of the Knife in their hand, smooth against the pads of their fingertips. And it would, of course, depend on her choice. Given the fact that she appears human enough, Chara's expectations are not high.

Still, most of the ceiling is still where it should be. And if the soot-marked stone and warped metal can hold up that, it's not hard to guess that it might support a person's weight... or two. Really, it could make an ideal perch for anyone looking to observe the traffic between levels.
That might, just maybe, explain the dim red-orange lights clustered in the shadows. Or it might not—from ground level, certainly, the shape behind them can't be seen. Investigate?

They've passed each other before, but with no joint objective there has never been any reason for Prometheus to approach Sombra... Or bother with her at all. There's something different this time around though.
"Someone looks chipper today," he says as he passes her in the halls. "Find something good?"
AND FINALLY
But then again, he never bet. And while he could have earned a favor...it would have been forfeit, anyway. Sombra wonders if he's realized this as she makes herself comfortable to watch - in person - his last few minutes.

"Have fun?"
Hopefully this was worth it for her, at least. Not that he cares.
