Where: The Ingress Room and Section U but also where ever your mingle takes you.
What: Trying to unwrap the puzzle of the Ingress and Ploitoas

NOTES: This is a multi-part log for This Ingress Journal Plot. Since most folks were up for threading interactions! You DO NOT need to have signed up to participate in the first part of the log. Anything from noodling on the journals to blowing spitballs at the nerds.

For reference here is the IC announcement about this plot. Again you DO NOT have to have responded to them to come around and investigate what's going on.



OOC: This log is going to be split into three sections with a fourth spot for results to be posted as the characters work things through.

Some details:

1) ICly this log will cover just the beginning of November.
2) The mods have a plot kicking off on the 15th of November. Elements of this player plot lead into that plot.
3) These are the key IC events that lead up to this.

• This event introduced the Ingress Journals
  
• This IC call for help set off searches for one of the missing journal, leading to the discovery of the second.
  
• This is what one journal looks like and This is the other.

Your fucked up face says it. [ An answer tossed out immediately, he's hardly shy about guesses made. ] There's nothing on the ship that should've done that, unless one of the crew turned into a fucking tiger and picked a fight.

[ which isn't all that impossible, they have some freaking weird people on the ship, but most know that either intention for murder or accidental killing means getting stranded on the closest rock. not many are willing to go there. so andyr's guess is unlikely. ]

[Ronan so hates being made to feel like he owes anyone any kind of answer for anything he does. His face hardens in annoyance and he squares his shoulders, making himself taller than his already impressive height.]

Why do you care?

[ that's a sentiment andyr could sympathize with, but he's also a huge hypocrite, so, womp womp. ronan has a good four or five inches in height on andyr, and while he's pretty much constantly annoyed at being shorter than most of the people he hangs out around, his best friend is 6'5", so it's hardly anything new.

having to look up to people you're arguing with does feel freaking ridiculous, though. ]

If you know something that can help them figure all this crap out, and get the Ingress fixed, you're screwing everyone here over by keeping it to yourself.

But not how you somehow knew how to get exactly what they needed.

[ if andyr were a kinder, more considerate person, he'd likely have left it alone and just thanked him for the helpful piece of aid and let it go. since being owned by the houses, he's come to feel like anything less than absolutely anything a person can do for someone in dire need is just unacceptable, as anything less than that is hardly enough to stop what suffering when on his hapsburg. it's a philosophy he applies to just about everything else now. then again, andyr's ridiculous and no one should listen to him ever. ]

[Ronan shakes his head. He doesn't have to explain himself to anyone here. More importantly, he absolutely cannot explain himself to them. It's bad enough that Jesse saw him dreaming, but at least that guy can be scared into silence. The others? Who knows what they might do to him.
