He sighed, frustrated, incapacitating them with a spell before shoving himself up off the ground.
Should he approach he. He hasn't quite figured out what she's doing or how. He just knows it's enough to alter how people react to her with little show of why they seem to change their minds. ]
Maybe this is a stupid suggestion, but if it's tiring you out you should probably stop.
[ More importantly, what where she is aiming with him in the area. He doesn't want a taste of what she can do first hand. No, thank you. ]

The Scepter destroys and the Scepter rebuilds, over and over and over again...
Wanda raises her head - ow - and blinks a few times until her eyes focus. Wrong outfit, no scar, voice is a little off, but there's no mistake.]
...Loki?
[Either the Loki she knows is trying to be clever about hiding from the authorities or life for the Avengers is about to get interesting. Either way, seeing straight again is an accomplishment and she doesn't trust standing quite yet.
Her head falls back against her hands. Thinking too hard is also not something she can do right now.]
It's already done. I will be all right...I just need a minute. [Or three. Or four.]

[ She looks worse for the wear. His own instincts kick in to approach her. He knows exactly what it feels like to use too much power all at once and he actually know how to help with her problem. ]
If you don't mind I can get you back up to speed.
[ Long enough for her head to stop swimming pain if the backlash from her powers is anything like his own. ]
I can use magic, but I suppose you already know that if you know my name.

[In reality Wanda's voice is very quiet but to her it feels far too loud.
It's oddly fitting he should offer; the other Loki was able to help her when that horrifying monster turned the tables and psychically overwhelmed her. Still, he's a yet unknown quantity and Wanda would be more cautious if she had the mental capacity for it.
But if Loki means to hurt her there's no need for tricks; she can barely focus on him much less put up a fight. And right now being a sitting duck is...especially less than ideal.]
Please. There could be more on the way. I can't...I can't help like this.

[ He approached her carefully, not wanting to invade much of her personal space, but healing magic was easier with skin contact. He just needed a few fingers against her temples. In his experience magical exhaustion always felt like a weight to be lifted and his magic searched for her trying to alleviate the pressure while at the same time soothing.
She wasn't any good to him, or anyone, incapacitated. It was just a part of being on the battlefield to help others along and he didn't see it as anything strange or oddly kind. ]
Is the pain going away?

It does feel like she's going to be crushed, like her every nerve is burning and her own heartbeat might shatter her into pieces. The touch is a stark contrast - cool, soothing, slowly easing the fire down to something manageable. A little more color returns to Wanda's face.]
It's...it's much better. [She's able to look up at him without pain now.] Thank you. I don't think I can do that again for a while...but I can finish this.
[She'll try standing in a minute; she certainly doesn't want to fall on him if her legs aren't actually as steady as they're starting to feel. There's just one more thing left: get rid of their weapons so they really are useless when they come to.]
What was that? [Magic, obviously, but perhaps there's something she could apply for next time.]
no subject
You should have at least half your capacity. I'll admit, I couldn't clear it all. [ She has a lot of power to quiet down and the fact that his only eclipses half is somewhat unsettling already.
For once he's glad someone he met was nice. He'd rather not die today even if she knows him, and like a few others, doesn't specify how. ]
A healing spell. I use them from time to time on myself. [ Magic, yes. Magic she can actually learn, at that. ] You'd benefit from knowing a few considering how much power you have as a witch.
whoops
I wish I could do something like that. It would make all of this easier.
[She glances from him to the slash on his arm and back, expression somewhere between concern and a question. If there are people nearby with weapons that can injure an Asgardian...well, time to move.
Gingerly she gets to her feet and makes her way to the nearest Emirian. He doesn't react when Wanda strips him of his more effective weapons - gun, taser, something she can't identify but doesn't like the look of - and tosses them into a pile before moving on. She'll deal with them in a moment.]
Were there more behind you? [Urgent matters first, proper introductions later.]
no subject
[ If his attitude doesn't tip her off of his point in time, she could ask. But that might be cheating.
To be fair he was being reckless. Usually he wouldn't have to worry but this isn't Midgard. Their weapons are a touch more advanced. ]
Just seven of them. The rest I dealt with before I found you. They should be making their way through my traps.
[ And if he did his illusions right only two or three should slip through once they realize they've been put into a maze. ]
Actually, here comes one behind you. Be a dear and duck down. [ He summoned a blade and transfigured off the steele in one fell swoop, making it harmless but still effective as a projectile weapon. If she moves in time it won't hit her, it'll knock out the guard behind her. ]

[She smiles, just a flash as she adds more weapons to the pile, but here's future Wanda's problem: her answer's decided no matter how the Avengers might protest later. Who else can teach her? Billy can help her a little but his magic is too different from her abilities to be directly transferable.
She's disarmed three and is moving on to four when they get company. Wanda's head protests the sudden motion but she manages to duck in time to avoid getting brained by the not-quite-knife. She calls it back for him - it's light and an easy enough task, even if she does wobble a bit when she straightens.
The red wisps are still holding it aloft, just within his reach. It might become evident the more Loki sees of her powers that Wanda is self-taught and can't see the little inefficiencies and places it clunks.]
It won't hurt you. I will need both hands for this...whatever it is. [She struggling with another unidentifiable weapon - it's probably a weapon, right? There are several glowing buttons on it - the fourth officer is wearing crossbody.]
