That's true, you can't. But you'll also find that most people in this place are, uh... Either way, correct me if I'm wrong, but you are capable of feeling, and expressing. You can read into things, people and situations and you don't take them at face value. So, you can look at a piece of art and interpret it or read it in your own way, depending on how it might make you feel. I'd say that makes you as good a fine arts teacher as just about anyone else here.

As for understanding art movements, techniques, what have you— that's what the library's for. Learning the theory's easy, anyone can do it.
