Ratchet's optics narrow and he reaches down to grip the lower edge of the berth, dragging the lower corner out from the wall in one scooting push. It's big, and Starscream isn't exactly a featherweight but he's still a flight-frame. Ratchet's a grounder, stocky and solid and heavy, necessarily so to restrain larger patients and lift them when necessary.
So it's only a little bit of effort to grip the long side of the berth, brace with his knees, and lift, tilting it on two feet until the surface is almost vertical to dump Starscream off into a heap on the floor.
