It's not as though she's the welcome wagon, her job isn't to greet every new face that walks through the doors. Not that this fact stops her from being perfectly pleasant, nor does it alter any of her interest in new arrivals. New people arriving through the Ingress is probably one of her favourite parts of this whole situation--it's endlessly fascinating to meet beings from all sorts of universes.
