Starscream lifts his shoulders in a shrug. He's never been one to respect anything about anyone let alone belongings.

However, Ratchet had earned himself a few respect points from what Starscream has observed during their time together. He was brazen, set in his ways, but certainly seemed like someone who would stand up in the face of danger. Ironically these are traits Starscream does not look down upon.
