[The user's threat is acceptable. Expected, really, and Rinzler vastly prefers the (useless) effort to the condescension he's put up with so much here. But 'both'? No.
If it wanted to get away, it really should have stuck to just one target.
He's moving before the body even falls, a quick sprint up the left side wall as it sprays bullets up and after. Rinzler's not quite fast enough to dodge bullets, but at this range, he hardly needs to be. There's only one threat, only one weapon, and it's easy to track each shift and twitch of the long barrel. He leaps off to the opposing wall, body twisting midair as the spray of fire skims past just above. He slides partway down and throws his baton, blade-end shimmering out to template as it leaves his hand. The man steps aside, a triumphant "Ha!" as it clatters to the ground—
—only to be cut off by a quiet snap as Rinzler's weight hits his neck and breaks it.
A second body hits the ground, just moments after the first. Rinzler reaches down to scoop up his baton, and steps past the corpses without sparing a glance. He's going to check on Asriel.]
