1. before

[The Negotiation team heads off to try their luck reasoning with the Caducans, and Han... doesn't go with them, of course. His idea of negotiating usually involves a blaster under the table, and apparently that's not how they want to do things. It's ridiculous, he thinks. Han only knows the barest outline of what happened on C-prime, but he can't imagine the vengeance-seeking survivors will be easily placated. Trying isn't a bad idea-- it's a show of faith, it'd be the best way to fix everything, if it worked-- but he's thankful that everyone's been working on backup plans, too.

After they head out, Han heads off to do his own part. He'll check in with any defense teams he passes, but his destination is the Millennium Falcon, which he plans to take out so if-- when-- things fall apart, he's mobile and armed and ready to show no mercy.]

2. during

[And things do, of course, fall apart.

His first priority is going to be getting Leia off the Caducan ship, and if anyone else there needs a ride he's willing to take on passengers-- the Falcon isn't a big ship but it's got enough space for a rescue mission.

On the other hand, he's planning to join the fray after they leave, so board at your own risk-- not all those seats have belts.

When they get back to the Moira, once there are no more light craft on the radar, he ushers everyone out of the freighter-- if there are Caducans still aboard, the rest of the defense team will need all the help it can get.]

3. after

[Suddenly everything goes white, and he can't breathe for a minute, and when the world rights itself--

At first glance he can't figure out what's going on-- but the second he moves, the leg of his pants cracks and shatters below the knee, scattering shards of glass over the suddenly-slippery, crystalline floor. Aside from a handful of scrapes and cuts on his calf, Han is fine... as far as he can tell. The same can't be said for the Moira, though. For a long moment he just surveys the peculiarly transformed surroundings, trying to decide what the hell he should do, before he takes off toward the cargo bay.

He's got a bad-- well, you know how it goes.]

[whatever works for you if the above doesn't! <3]
