The bad news is, it's dislocated. The good news is, it appears to be a very straight forward dislocation without any additional breakage in the bone of either the humerous or the socket. It also doesn't appear that you've suffered compromised blood flow.

With a minor muscle relaxer, it should respond to closed reduction treatment but it's not going to feel too good.
