Snake wondered why the medics had given Niko what seemed like some sort of power steroid. Was he that badly injured that he had to have this? Also, if it was non reversible then he would have this strength the rest of his life? Ahab wasn't sure if ethics should be involved here but Niko seemed fine with it. As long as he was safe and not being harmed by it then Snake had no qualms against it. It just seemed....odd and unnatural to him.
