The rod is exactly as tough as if it were made of actual metal, though as Rinzler slices it shorter the cut-off end dissolves into thin air.

Cyclonus merely purses his lips at the damage to his 'weapon'. It's a good display of the abilities of Rinzler's weapons. Probably not to tank a hit then. A human certainly wouldn't take it well.

Moving out of range - though the disc's edge passes hardly a hair width by - Cyclonus moves to the side, swinging his shortened rod to try and crack the butt against Rinzler's head.
