Med'an just nods - magic is very normal to him as well, having grown up under the care of an incredibly learned mage. He knows that not everyone is familiar with magic, of course, but the thought doesn't really occur to him - and Sans did have magic, didn't he? Maybe it was a different sort. In any case, it had been simple enough for him to ward the door. Maybe he should have done it sooner, even.

"I know when J and Ryan go in and out, too." the teenager pauses, wondering if the thought makes Sans uncomfortable. He hopes it's the opposite, but...well, it is a little nosey.

But he's certain that this is the right thing to do. He finds a seat on the frame of the bed, and tries to give Sans a somber, reassuring look. "...It's just in case something happens again."
