Darin shoots her a confused look, then gives the same look to Shiro. What was she doing? Why was she removing the wires when they had expressly told him not to? And for some reason, Shiro's tone bothered him.

"Uh...I guess...?" This was his response to both him coming around and to try and rest, as per Shiro's orders.
