Worrying about the finer details of the Dresden Slates, the source of their powers, is for Kings themselves, as far as he's concerned. "But aside from the Gold King none of them are royalty or politicians or anything like that. I mean, the last Red King was just a normal guy right out of high school when he got his powers." Though despite that, Yata still sounds pretty respectful (and a little wistful) when he talks about said King.
