Case in point. As aggressively unhappy as Rinzler's been throughout this talk, you wouldn't think he'd be able to bristle further. But somewhere around does your user have to write you a girlfriend? He manages.

They're not mindless. They're not pets. They're capable of every sentiment she is, and if they weren't, certainly no user would bother trying to play house. Users don't care. They never have, and her perverse fascination only makes abandonment seem like the better option. Rinzler's not sure if the patronizing is intentional. He is sure he doesn't care.
