The true Master Sword cannot be swung by anyone but it's chosen Master.
[the only thing she says about his bold accusation]
Based on what you have told me thus far, there is approximately 57% similarity between the two. Demise would never surrender his power, not even to subdue Her Grace. At the end, it was that very hubris that lead to the Demon God's destruction at the hands of the Hero.
And so, Darin Altway, with the knowledge that possess now, what will you do with the power of the Archfiend that you possess?

What will I do with it?!
Fi, I don't want it! I never wanted it!! All I wanted was a normal, peaceful life! All I wanted was to be normal! I've spent every waking moment of my life holding this power back because I'm afraid of what I would do! Who I could hurt!
[Maybe it's because Fi is emotionless that this is a lot easier to just blurt out. Maybe because he could convince her; strike him down now before he becomes something so much worse.]
I never asked to be bound to Diomuhr! I never asked to be used by the Archfiends and the Celestials in their sick game! I just want to be free! To be who I want to be!

[unphased by the outburst, she fails to understand Darin's reaction. For her (for the Demon Lord, Ghirahim, who is like her) there was never anything other than their duty to their Gods. He was dedicated to his cause, just as Fi had her own]
Now that it is, there is a responsibility you bear now. You are making the conscious decision to not follow in your brother's footsteps; the ship is highly vulnerable and many aboard would have perished if it's hull had been destroyed, even before it's entry into the Midway Hub. This is a choice, one that you made.
Thus, what will you do?

[Darin trails off as he looks down at his hands.]
[He'd asked the question to himself a thousand times. 'What will I do?' He set out on his journey to find the person who framed him for murder and he did. It was Dromas. Dromas who, over the course of being dead for twenty years, had mastered the powers they had been born with. He was so powerful. He wasn't just a monster, he was practically a force of nature. A force of wanton destruction with the single minded purpose of making the prophecy come true.]
[Of forcing Darin to the brink, so that the two of them together could...]
[The two of them together...?]
[All of his life, he'd been carried along by Dromas' pace. Dromas embraced their abilities as children. After he was gone, Darin felt he owed it to his brother to take life by the horns; to act before he second guessed himself. And now, Dromas was trying to force the monster out of him by breaking him down bit by bit.]
I...
I don't...I don't want to hurt anyone. I want to...
...I want to show the Gods that people are more than just pawns...that...
That we can be good and we can be evil, but there's so much more to us than just those two facets...
[He lifts his head.]
I want to live my life...making sure that humanity is allowed to live theirs.
Guess who's sick? It's me, the answer's me. /coughs up lung
The Gods of my realm have always allowed the creatures that lived in the land to choose as they pleased. Their responsibilities in the war between Her Grace and the Demon God has always been one that they voluntary took. The passive nature of the Celestials and Archfiends of your realm takes the appearance of great inefficiency.
Nonetheless, there may be a reason for that decision, one that neither of us are privy to.
... An observation.
The Demon God was sealed away and saw his powers diminished for it. [she floats forward abruptly, ignoring Darin's personal space, likely because she has no sense of personal space of her own] Any power split in two is half as strong as it would be whole. I do not know the reasoning for the Archfiend to split his power between two souls but it appears that events did not transpire the way that he wished them to. There is a purpose for all things, even if one never comes to realize it.
OH NO!! FEEL BETTER!!!
...stop it?
[He can barely believe he's even considering this but...Fi had a point.]
/lies down on floor
I cannot say. The Celestials and Archfiends of your world are foreign to me and I am but a servant to the Goddess and her Champion. However, the Archfiend's choice to split his magic instead of simply sealing it is suspect. That power is yours now and you have chosen a path different from that which the Archfiend Diomuhr intended.
[and she floats back, a slow and gentle descent]
The Celestials and Archfiends created your kind with the freedom to make your own choices, the same as how the Goddess Farore created the creatures of my realm. The decision is yours.

[He had Diomuhr's power, that much is certain. And if Dromas had spent the last two decades honing the power allotted to him to such a fine, destructive degree, then where did that leave Darin?]
[It left him twenty years shy with no inkling about how to even go about unlocking his powers...]
[...Which, would be a factor if he was still on Anmaral. He's not. He's here....Gods know how many billions of light years away from his home. Maybe...Maybe there was a chance...?]
...You're right...the decision is mine.
And if I choose wrong...everyone here could suffer for it. If I lose control...everyone could die, Fi...
How can I make a choice with everyone's lives hanging in the balance like that? I'm not some...Chosen Hero.
I'm a blacksmith. From a small port town.

But you are not the Hero.
Assistance is permitted. Based on observations, there are others with similar journeys as the one my Master once took. Caution is recommended nonetheless. Just as there are those who would assist you in containing the power that is in your possession so too are there people who would take advantage of it to beckon destruction. Only you can decide which is the best course of action and who you choose to trust.

That's what I'm afraid of.
People finding out what I am.
And coming after me and the people I care about.

Such is the nature of these circumstances.
You are quite gifted as befriending people and offering your hand to others. There is a 44% probability that among them are those who would be able to return the favour, Darin Altway. Though they may not share a 100% match to your situation, they may nonetheless offer insight that you might not have otherwise.
[she has been learning a lot since she arrived. Unfortunately, the information that she was recording would not be useful back in her own world...]

[But her previous statement about Darin's ability to make friends continues to ring true]
Based on basic perusal of the old MID network aboard the Moira, you are not the first to have been witness to cataclysm. [a pause] Should it be necessary, the crew that were selected to board the Moira by the Ingress should prove capable of subduing you.
[if it were anyone else, maybe that last line would have been delivered with some trepidation or ignored all together. For Fi, she says everything with the simplicity of someone who was just commenting on the weather]

I am uncertain of your intended meaning, Darin Altway.
[Human speech is so peculiar]
