Obi-Wan is reminded of his own complicated feelings surrounding the Force and around fitting in with others and with himself. As a Jedi, it almost always presents the struggle to be one of self versus one of selflessness, and even now as Kenobi's ideals are changing, he's finding he struggles more and more with that balance.
