[ It almost makes sense not to smell or talk or think, if only that were an option until they were through this mess. Unfortunately, this is one area where the Force can do little more than aid them in pushing forward. It can't take the taste from their mouth or the chill from their bones, and it doesn't stop roiling with the strife of so many dead just because it's bound to make a couple Jedi dizzy.
Where Anakin is doing all he can to avoid the mess of people, Obi-Wan finds he can't look anywhere else. It's like a battlefield — worse maybe, in that it doesn't appear those left behind could have had much of chance against whatever tore the place apart. ]
I wouldn't venture to guess.
[ There are too many factors in play for Obi-Wan to know anything. Given time and equipment he could make some kind of determination, but as it stands, all he can think about it how he's not sure he wants to proceed if he isn't certain there's a different way back. ]
