If Rinzler can say that much without more signs of code conflict or pain, it's probably safe to assume she can discuss at least part of that complication without hurting him. He's been on the Moira with a future version of Tron for months; she'd hoped he had managed to access some of the painful truths Clu wouldn't have wanted him to remember, but it's a difficult question to ask. Safer to avoid the whole thing and trust him to work around the block where necessary for her sake.
