Kurt has watched Peter from afar, how he consumes the water like he's constantly dehydrated, even though he's sure he isn't. He had discovered the water's ability to return their powers by pure accident when he'd drank some of it and almost ended up falling into a hole a ways from the camp. It had been sheer luck that the first thing he'd thought of was to teleport, despite the fact he knew it wasn't going to work, yet to his surprise, he had disappeared and reappeared into the safety of the camp, completely shocked at the fact he'd been able to do so.

After that, he'd racked every part of his brain, trying to figure out what had suddenly brought back his mutation and when he'd gone through every single thing he'd done, what had led up to the almost fatal accident, he settled on one final thing: the water.

Now, seeing Peter like this, making himself physically ill just to be able to have his powers back, it worried Kurt to no end and he couldn't resist the urge to finally approach him and try to (maybe) put a stop to it.

He slinks his way up to the speedster, tail flicking about near his shoulders before the appendage shoots out to grab for the canteen in hopes to get it away from him. The small blue mutant shakes his head, golden irises dilated with concern, his lips pressed into a thin line. "... I think you have had enough."
