The part of him that's just functioning off of rage gets some sick satisfaction out of Tarn stepping back at the sight of him. Being that he only came up to Tarn's chest, it was rather rewarding to know the other was concerned. He was rather tired of Cybertronians who towered over him just not giving a damn about their actions. Being smaller and weaker didn't make them disposable.
Soundwave's vents make a hissing noise at the question. "This," He says slowly, dropping the box in front of his feet, "Is what is left of the first Cybertronian who told me I had any worth. My first friend." A kick toppled the box over, making Ravage's mangled hindquarters spill out on the floor in plain view.
"Tell me, Tarn," His voice dropped to a lower tone as grief and anger boiled inside of his tanks again, "Given Ravage was with the Autobots who were left to die in their mutiny, the group your Decepticon Justice Division attacked... Who do you imagine killed him?" Tarn best pick his answer carefully, because the purple paint transfers were obvious enough against Ravage's black and silver plates.
