So! You are here to watch the Muppets with a bunch of robots, yes?

Good! Because that's exactly what's going to happen. Tailgate had taken it upon himself to do absolutely nothing to the lounge to prepare for his guests, besides pushing more chairs in front of the tv. Well, okay, so maybe he went out of his way to bring energon treats, some engex maybe the last bit of robot weed he has with him, though this is cleverly hidden when Magnus decides to show up. Others who had been invited get a cheerful message saying:

I'm sorry, but I don't have any organic treats! Please bring your own, and, if you can, bring enough to share with others! Sharing is caring!

After the first few people arrive, Tailgate eagerly starts the first movie, starting with The Great Muppet Caper before moving on to Muppets Take Manhattan, and then ending with The Muppet Christmas Carol. He figures that too much Muppets might be too much of a good thing, and decides to save the rest for some other time.

[[OOC: I'm so sorry this took so long to get up! My internet went out for a whole week and I completely lost track of my own plans. Also feel free to join even if you hadn't replied to Tailgate's network post, seeing as the Lounge is a common area.]

[Tailgate is considerate enough to sit at the back of the room, so that his enormous robot bulk won't block the important muppet view of anyone else. He doesn't mind though, because he can see people enjoying themselves from back here.

Feel free to come sit with him and listen to him chatter about silly Earth things.

Things like:

"To be completely honest, when I first heard "Muppets Take Manhattan", I thought it was going to be a bunch of dolls stealing some man's hat. The movie was almost over before I realized that was the name of the city!"

"Miss Piggy is the best, I will actually fight you."

"I'm still not very clear on what Christmas is, but I really hope you humans celebrate it, because I want to see what it's like up close!"

[Whirl's still not exactly in a good mood after his encounter with Tarn, and isn't fully repaired and so his vocalizer is still on the fritz. He's not reliably able to talk, and it bothers him. He hates it when that happens. His helm his still not entirely set back to place, but close enough. Hell, at least he's got all his parts this time, seriously.

He said he would be here, and so he's here. He'd promised. So, he's here. He doesn't actually want to make Tailgate upset. He's supposed to be helping him, first, and second the minibot is one of the few people he'd actually consider...someone he likes being around. So. Here he is.

Whirl sits down next to Tailgate with an irritated sort of hum and then curls up around his own knees. He's here. What more do you want from him.]

[lúcio has decided he wants to attend, bringing along a bag of popcorn he'd managed to barter. there's not a lot, but he leaves it out if anyone wants some.

anyway, he's delighted to meet tailgate and skates over to where the little (still big to him) white bot is sitting.]

Hey, hey! Thanks again for puttin' this on. [he hops up on to the sofa near tailgate.] How many movies you got?
