Who: Starflight & Peril
When: Feb 22
Where: Cargo Bay
What: The dragons check out Starflight's latest package from the Ingress
Warnings: None
Starflight walked into the cargo bay, the click of his claws echoing through the large space. He had received the message that something was waiting for him here days ago, but after waking from cryo he hadn't really felt up for leaving his room. Let alone wandering around the ship. He slowly made his way between the various items stacked around the room, passing the transports and recognizing Peridot's robot sitting in one corner. Maybe whatever it was he had gotten hadn't been unboxed yet-
Oh.
Propped up against a stack of crates was the armor he had seen in his father's lab. It looked oddly out of place here, without all the other machines around it. It had to be big enough for even Queen Battlewinner, but in the huge space it somehow managed to look....small.
Starflight stared up at it, not sure what he was supposed to do now that he was here. It wasn't like he could bring it to his room.

For a moment, when she catches sight of the armour, she thinks there's more than just one other dragon down here, but it quickly becomes obvious that's not what it is.
"Whoah," she breathes, stopping at a distance from them both. "What is that?"

"What are you doing here?"Whatever she wanted. That was a dumb question. He really hoped it wouldn't make her mad.
He took a few steps back from Peril nervously, even if she was all the way over there. You could never be too careful. He looked up at the armor, trying to ignore his mistake.
"It's something my father was building. Some sort of armor, I think. But I don't know why it's here."

"Well, it's clearly made for a very large dragon, but I agree it's not the most streamlined design. I...I know my father was working on, um, creating some defensive tools for a very specific threat and this could be for that. But look at these, it looks like it connects to pipes, so maybe it's supposed to be waterproof?" He pointed out one of the odd round openings

"... Why would it need to be waterproof? It's not like dragons can't swim."
